Ford distributor restoration/repair
I have been a Ford registered dealer technician since 1966 and have experienced the technology change over these 40+ years. I am certified in Ford electronics and driveability areas,however,my real love of cars is the 1960's Fords! My experience in rebuilding Ford distributors goes back to 1966 ,in Chicago while working as a technician. I have raced and restored many Ford products over the years from 300 C.I. 6 cylinders on short track ovals to 427 Side Oilers on the dragstrip. I have two Rotunda Syncrograph machines I use to diagnose performance and set advance curves. From '64 through '77 ,including single point/single vacuum advance, dual point/dual vacuum advance,dual point w/o vacuum advance units. I only work on Ford distributors to give my best service!
